Es ist eine Zeit, in der Verzicht nicht als Entbehrung, sondern als Bereicherung verstanden wird \u2013 als M\u00f6glichkeit, sich auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren und die N\u00e4he Gottes intensiver zu erfahren.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Jahr ist diese besondere Zeit noch bedeutsamer, da sie mit dem islamischen Fastenmonat Ramadan zusammenf\u00e4llt. Diese seltene Gleichzeitigkeit erinnert uns daran, wie sehr unsere Traditionen in ihrem Streben nach spiritueller Vertiefung und ethischer Reflexion miteinander verwoben sind. Das Fasten lehrt uns Dankbarkeit, Geduld und Mitgef\u00fchl f\u00fcr unsere Mitmenschen \u2013 Werte, die uns \u00fcber Religionsgrenzen hinweg verbinden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6ge diese Zeit f\u00fcr euch und eure Familien eine Quelle der Kraft und des Friedens sein. M\u00f6ge sie euch zu neuen Einsichten f\u00fchren und eure Herzen mit Licht und Segen erf\u00fcllen.
